Refund policy

Change of mind. Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The Pod and Scenes need to come back complete and in their packaging. You cover the return postage.

Faulty or damaged. Email hello@galacify.com with a photo or short video. We replace or refund, your choice, and we cover the return postage. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
