Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, and every parcel is tracked. The price you see is the price you pay.

• Australia: delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days.
• Everywhere else: delivery usually takes 8 to 16 business days. Your total shows in your local currency at checkout.
• You get a tracking link by email as soon as the order ships. Orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
• United States: since 2025 the US charges import duty on small parcels. The carrier may ask you to pay it before delivery. We show this at checkout so there are no surprises.

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email hello@galacify.com within 7 days and we will sort it out.
